Better Home Hub Ltd is the controller of the personal details you give us, which means it decides how they are used and is responsible for looking after them.

What the enquiry form collects

When you send an enquiry, the form collects:

• the services you are interested in
• the size of your home (number of bedrooms)
• your name
• your phone number
• your email address
• the first line of your address
• your postcode
• a description of the work you need doing
• that you ticked the consent box, and the address of the page you sent the form from

If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us so we can reply.

What happens to your enquiry

The form sends your enquiry straight to Better Home Hub (betterhomehub.co.uk). This website does not keep a copy. Better Home Hub uses your details to find up to 3 local insulation specialists who cover your area and offer the work you asked about, and passes your details to those companies so they can contact you about the job with a quote. Companies pay Better Home Hub a fee when it introduces them, so this is free for you.

We rely on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, to pass your details on. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us; this does not affect anything already shared.

Better Home Hub keeps enquiry details only for as long as it needs them to handle your enquiry and meet its legal obligations. Its own privacy policy has more detail.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them. The website is hosted by a web hosting provider that keeps standard server logs.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to:

• see the personal details held about you
• correct details that are wrong
• delete your details
• object to or restrict how they are used
• receive your details in a portable format
